D.J. Stephens finalizing deal with Fos Provence Basket

Veteran forward D.J. Stephens is closing in on a deal with Fos Provence Basket in the French top division, sources told Sportando.

Stephens is expected to join the French team in their fight to avoid relegation to the Pro B. Fos Provence is last in the Betclic Elite standings with 6 wins and 16 losses.

He recently played in Ukraine for Prometey, averaging around 12 points and 6 rebounds per game in the Basketball Champions League, but had to leave the team after the war started.

Stephens has appeared in four NBA games with the Milwaukee Bucks (2013-14) and Memphis Grizzlies (2018-19).

The UNC product has signed an agreement with the Mets de Guaynabo for the next BSN season, as announced by his agent.
