Will Barton joins Cangrejeros de Santurce

Will Barton is a new player of the Cangrejeros de Santurce, as announced by the Puerto Rican team.

The veteran former NBA guard will replace Quinn Cook.

Barton is on his third team of the season, after brief stints with CSKA Moscow and Granada.

Nenad Dimitrijevic reportedly joining Olimpia Milano on multi-year deal

According to reports from EuroDevotion, Nenad Dimitrijevic will indeed be the first addition to Olimpia Milano’s backcourt for next season.

The parties have reportedly reached an agreement on a three-year deal.

Dimitrijevic was named MVP of the VTB League regular season, where he produced 18.4 points, 6.8 assists and 1.2 steals per game with Unics Kazan, shooting 53 percent from the field, 43 percent from long range and 90 percent from the foul line.

Olimpia Milano, Virtus Bologna target Nenad Dimitrijevic

Olimpia Milano and Virtus Bologna are looking at Nenad Dimitrijevic, reports Repubblica-Bologna.

Born in 1998 in North Macedonia, a 190-centimetre playmaker, Dimitrijevic is averaging 18.4 points with 3.6 rebounds and 6.9 assists this VTB season in a Unics jersey.

A product of Badalona, Nenad Dimitrijevic played in the 2021-2022 season in Valencia before moving to Russia, producing 5.5 points and 3.9 assists in the EuroCup.

Philip Scrubb reportedly signing two-year deal with Casademont Zaragoza

Casademont Zaragoza has reached a two-year agreement with Philip Scrubb, Chema de Lucas reports.

The 31-year-old Canadian guard spent this year in Turkey with Bahcesehir Koleji (10.9 PPG and 4.2 APG, 43% 3P between BSL and FIBA Europe Cup).

Sylvain Francisco reportedly close to a deal with Zalgiris Kaunas

Sylvain Francisco is close to reaching a two-year deal with Zalgiris Kaunas from next season, according to BasketNews.

Francisco, who spent last season with FC Bayern Munich, showed good performances in his EuroLeague debut, averaging 10.6 points, 1.7 rebounds and 3.2 assists in 19 minutes per game.

Before joining the German club, he played for top teams such as Peristeri Athens, Manresa, Chorale Roanne, Paris Basketball and Metropolitans 92.

Alba Berlin reportedly in advanced talks with William McDowell-White

According to Rupert Fabig, Alba Berlin is in advanced talks with William McDowell-White, a 26-year-old Australian point guard who has decided to move to Europe after four seasons in the NBL.

Last year McDowell-White averaged 9.2 points and 4.2 assists in 23 minutes per game with the New Zealand Breakers.

Reyer Venezia is reportedly thinking about Kazys Maksvytis for next season. This was reported by 15min.lt, a leading Lithuanian website.

Kazys Maksvytis left Zalgiris Kaunas mid-season, and reportedly said no in recent weeks to Wolves and Galatasaray.

According to 15min, he would be one of the most serious candidates to succeed Neven Spahija, who is expected to leave Reyer Venezia at the end of the season.

Dragan Sakota’s future is in Greece. With the Serbian coach leading Brindisi in a desperate fight for survival, talks with AEK Athens have reportedly been underway since February. Sportal reports.

Dragan Sakota, who holds a Greek passport, has already managed AEK on two occasions. From 2001 to 2003, when they won the national title, and from 2014 to 2018, when they won the National Cup and the 2018 BCL in his two years as GM.

Aquila Trento-Daulton Hommes: details of the agreement

Daulton Hommes is ready to return to the court after a year’s stop due to a serious knee injury.

The latest checks carried out in Trento have confirmed his full recovery.

Hommes, who has already had experience with important teams such as the New Orleans Pelicans and Saski Baskonia, is now close to signing with Dolomiti Energia Trento.

After a long period of rehabilitation and some training sessions with Reggio Emilia, the player underwent medical examinations that were positive.

However, before finalising the contract, Aquila Basket would like to see him at work in 5-on-5 game situations to test the resistance of his post-operation knee.

If the tests are passed, Hommes could sign a contract until June 2025.

Pallacanestro Varese considers Herman Mandole for head coach role

Herman Mandole is the strong name for the Varese Basketball bench next season. This was reported by La Prealpina.

Tom Bialaszewski’s future will only be decided at the end of the season, but despite a contract expiring on 30 June 2025, a divorce seems possible.

Aquila Trento signs Daulton Hommes for the remainder of the season

Daulton Hommes will sign with Aquila Trento until the end of the season, participating in the LBA Playoffs 2024. This was reported by Corriere del Trentino.

Former Baskonia forward had joined Pallacanestro Reggiana for the train in the past few weeks, not hiding his desire to join the biancorossi next season.

Olympiacos in advanced talks with Evans, Dorsey for next season

According to Israeli reporter Arel Ginsber, Josh Nebo is one of Olimpia Milano’s top targets to strengthen the frontcourt next summer.

The big man is on an expiring contract with Maccabi Tel Aviv.

Olimpia has reportedly already made inquiries with the player and would be willing to offer him a major contract, the reporter adds.

Nebo is producing averages of 10.8 points, 7.2 rebounds and 0.8 blocks in 23 minutes per game in Euroleague.

Maccabi Tel Aviv reportedly interested in Trevion Williams

According to a report by Rupert Baig and Tomer Givati on Israelhayom, Maccabi Tel Aviv is already working on the team for next season and reportedly has big man Trevion Williams in its sights.

Making his European debut, the former Purdue immediately showed his talent in an excellent year with ratiopharm Ulm.

Williams produced averages of 14.8 points (54% FG, 66% FT), 10.8 rebounds and 4.3 assists per game in the Eurocup, while in the BBL he is scoring 15.2 points (56% FG, 64% FT) with 9 rebounds and 3.2 assists.

Barcelona reportedly agreed to terms with Jabari Parker for one more season

Jabari Parker has agreed to extend his contract with Barcelona for one more season, with an NBA exit option. This was reported by encestando.

The renewal proposal was made after the Copa del Rey and Parker has always viewed it favourably.
