Rudy Fernandez is making history: the Spanish player has become the first to play in six Olympics.

Rudy Fernandez is writing more and more history. In fact, the Spanish player has become the first player to have played in six editions of the Olympics. The 39-year-old set the record in the match against Australia, which ended in defeat for his Spain team. Rudy made his Olympic debut at Athens 2004 when he was just 19 years old.

At the end of the Olympic Games, Rudy Fernandez will officially become a former player, having already announced his retirement.
