Real Madrid has secured its first signing for the upcoming summer: Théo Maledon.
The young player from Asvel Villeurbanne, according to sources close to the Spanish club and other EuroLeague teams, has already reached a verbal agreement for next season. Maledon, 23 years old and 1.93 meters tall, is a guard known for his playmaking and scoring ability.
After being selected in the 2020 NBA Draft, he struggled to establish himself in the U.S. and found a second chance in Europe.
With Asvel, he shone in December, earning the EuroLeague MVP of the month. In Madrid, he is expected to form a dynamic duo with Campazzo.
