Raptors tender qualifying offer to Jalen Harris

Harris was reinstated by the NBA and NBPA in mid-August after serving a one-year suspension for violating the NBA/NBPA joint drug policy

The Toronto Raptors have tendered a qualifying offer to recently reinstated Jalen Harris, who is now a restricted free agent.

Harris was with Toronto on a Two-Way contract during the 2020-21 season. Following that season, he was handed a one-year suspension for violating the NBA/NBPA joint drug policy.

Harris was reinstated by the NBA and NBPA in mid-August. He played for Italian side Cremona during the 2021-22 season
