Veteran guard Rajon Rondo has agreed to a contract buyout with the Memphis Grizzlies and will become a free agent, as reported by Shams Charania of The Athletic
Charania also added that the Los Angeles Lakers are frontrunners to sign Rondo after he clears waivers. Rondo would return to LA after winning a NBA Championship in 2020
