Pistons to release Killian Hayes

Hayes will most likely find another NBA team ready to bet on his potential.

The Detroit Pistons, very active in recent hours , have decided to release Killian Hayes and Joe Harris.

A surprising decision especially for the young French point guard, who scored 8 points and dished out 9 assists playing as a starter in last night’s win against the Kings.

Hayes had been selected by the Pistons at No. 7 in the 2020 NBA Draft.

The Detroit Pistons are releasing 2021 No. 7 pick Killian Hayes, sources tell me and @JLEdwardsIII.
