Pinar Karsiyaka played without its "bigs" in response to the decision by the Turkish Basketball Federation to decline a request for game postponement.

Pinar Karşıyaka lost 117-59 against Fenerbahce after playing mostly with players from youth teams, without foreigners and coach Ufuk Sarica.

Karsiyaka requested to postpone the game because they will have a crucial game in the Basketball Champions League against Brindisi on Tuesday. Fenerbahce was willing to agree to the request but the TBF declined it.
