Pelicans exercise third-year option on Jordan Hawkins

Hawkins was the No.14 pick of the 2023 NBA Draft

The New Orleans Pelicans have exercised the option for the 2025/26 season included in Jordan Hawkins’ rookie contract.

The former Connecticut guard, selected at No. 14 in the 2023 NBA Draft, as a rookie scored 7.8 points (36 percent from long range) in 17 minutes per game.
