EuroLeague CEO Paulius Motiejunas opened the Final Four by reflecting on 25 years of growth: “We’ve created something that’s very hard to copy or recreate,” he said, calling it a blueprint even other sports admire.
Expansion remains a key priority, with new markets like Paris and the arrival of Hapoel Tel Aviv shaking the status quo. “We want strong teams, sell-out arenas, and great entertainment,” Motiejunas stressed.
The league’s future lies in the clubs’ hands. According to the CEO, sharing knowledge and focusing on quality will drive EuroLeague forward.
