Speaking to Serbia’s B92, Partizan president Ostoja Mijailovic stated clearly that the club is not considering the BCL. “With all due respect, Partizan is strategically focused on the EuroLeague right now,” he said via Sport Klub.
Partizan rejoined the EuroLeague in 2022–23 and is actively negotiating a long-term license. Mijailovic emphasized that the club is “one of the most serious candidates” for permanent inclusion in the competition.
Although the team finished 12th this season, its fan base remains a major draw. Partizan last played in the BCL in 2016–17, but since then, the club’s ambitions are firmly aligned with Europe’s top tier.
