Germany continues to win in the Paris 2024 Olympics and is now tied with France at the top of Group B, awaiting the head-to-head match scheduled for the following day. The German team once again proved to be one of the most solid teams in this competition, keeping control at all times against a Brazil that had put France in trouble in the first game, despite an offensive phase that absolutely needed to be revised (Brazil is in fact the worst offense in the competition). The final score was 73-86, thanks to a defensive phase of high quality for the Germans and a really high offensive potential.
For Germany, Dennis Schroder had 20 points and 6 assists, Franz Wagner had 17 points, and Isaac Bonga had 15 points.
Brazil got 18 points and 8 assists from Yago Dos Santos and 17 points from Vitor Benite.
