PAOK mateco BC announces the signing of American basketball player Frank Bartley for the 2024-25 season. The top scorer of the Italian League in 2022-23 is the first player to join the roster of the new PAOK team!

Frank Bartley was born on February 25, 1994 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, he is 6’1″ tall and plays as a guard. During his college career, he played two years at Brigham Young University (2013-15) and two more seasons with Louisiana-Lafayette (2016-18). In his final NCAA season, he averaged 17.8 points, 3.6 rebounds and 2 assists in 33 games with Louisiana-Lafayette.
He began his professional career in Canada and in the 2018-19 season, he averaged 19.3 points, 5.2 rebounds and 3.2 assists in 39 games with Saint John Riptide.
In the 2019-20 season he came to Europe for the first time and played in the Spanish A2 with Real Valladolid and in 24 games he had 16.3 points, 3.2 rebounds and 2.1 assists, while the following year (2020-21) he played in Germany. With
Bayreuth he played in 31 games in the German league, with 14.3 points, 2.7 rebounds and 2.4 assists per game, and the following year he moved to Denmark. He played a single game with the Bakken Bears and continued on to Israel, where he finished the season (2021-22) and averaged 16.9 points, 4.8 rebounds and 3.4 assists in 27 games with Ness Ziona.
In the 2022-23 season, he played in Italy and with Pallacanestro Trieste, he became the top scorer in the Italian league, as in 29 games, he averaged 19.5 points! He also added 4.8 rebounds and 3 assists per game and after his Italy commitments were complete, he played 17 games in China, where with the Qingdao Eagles, he averaged 8.9 points, 3.7 rebounds and 1.8 assists.
During last season Frank Bartley played for Happy Casa Brindisi and in 16 games in the Italian league he averaged 12.9 points, 3.7 rebounds and 1.9 assists.
