Olimpia Milano delivered a commanding performance in Round 20 of the EuroLeague, defeating Maccabi 107-74 in Belgrade. With a flawless third quarter, Milano secured the game early, capitalizing on Maccabi’s disastrous 1/21 shooting from beyond the arc. The victory sets Milano up perfectly for their upcoming doubleheader at home against Alba Berlin and Partizan Belgrade.

Despite a competitive start, Maccabi struggled to find rhythm offensively. Milano took control in the second quarter, building an eight-point halftime lead. The third quarter saw the visitors extend their advantage to 24 points, with Nico Mannion and Shavon Shields leading the charge. By the final whistle, Milano’s dominance was reflected in a 35-point margin.

Maccabi had no answer for Milano’s defense, which stifled their shooters all night. Five players scored in double figures for Ettore Messina’s squad, while Maccabi’s lone three-pointer highlighted their offensive woes. Milano now turns their focus to Sunday’s domestic league match against Reggio Emilia before resuming EuroLeague action.
