According to reports, the NBA Board of Governors is set to vote this week on a new rule prohibiting teams from resting two elite players during the same game.
Over the past one to two years, there have been several league conversations about stars playing more often and reducing load management. A star is defined by someone who’s made an All-Star or All-NBA team in the past three seasons, sources said.
