Nenad Dimitrijevic out of Olimpia Milano rotation: “It’s a coaching decision,” says Messina

Nenad Dimitrijevic’s time with Olimpia Milano appears to be over. As reported by Repubblica Milano, the Macedonian guard was left out of the 12-man roster against Baskonia, with youngster Achille Lonati taking his spot.

After the game, coach Ettore Messina clarified: “It was a technical decision.” The tension between player and staff had grown all season, and sources suggest this marks a definitive split. The Supercup MVP is now heading toward an early two-year contract termination.
