Nebojsa Covic: “Belgrade wants to host two of the next EuroLeague Final Four”

The EuroLeague Final Four could return to Belgrade in the coming years. In fact, Red Star president Nebojsa Covic spoke to Sport Klub about the possibility that the Final Four of the most prestigious continental club competition in basketball could return to Belgrade in 2025 and 2027. These are his statements.

Nebojsa Covic on the Final Four in Belgrade: “As far as I know, Belgrade is planning to host the EuroLeague Final Four in 2025 and 2027. The previous Final Four cost Belgrade between 2.5 and 3 million euros. From Kaunas starting in 2023, they became more expensive and went up to 7 million euros. If we give that much money, we want to have two Serbian teams in the EuroLeague.
