NBA to finalize agreement with the NBPA on All-Star game in Atlanta by next week.
In a memo obtained by ESPN it is learned that the players will continue to test daily during All Star Break and no international travel will be allowed.
Players traveling out of market during break must stay in private accommodations.
During the All-Star Break, players will be allowed to travel in the United States, including Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico

Also, per memo: Players traveling out of market during break must stay in private accommodations, and players must return to test with teams no later than the second day prior to the team’s first game following the break.

The NBA and NBPA are still working through details of the health and safety rules that will govern all players during the March 5-10 All-Star Break, sources tell ESPN.

Concern around international travel centers on possibility players may not be allowed to re-enter country as quickly as they wish, or that federal and state regulations on testing and quarantines could leave too much to chance, sources said.

For some teams, games will begin again on March 11, and sources say a second-half schedule is expected to be released in the next two-to-three weeks.
