NBA Finals set to start on September 30

Games will be most played every other day.

Per The Athletic’s Shams Charania, the NBA has informed teams of Finals dates, subject to move up:

Game 1: September 30

Game 2: October 2

Game 3: Oct. 4

Game 4: Oct. 6

Game 5, if necessary: Oct. 9

Game 6, if necessary: Oct. 11

Game 7, if necessary: Oct. 13

First round begins Monday; each series played every other day. Later rounds can be moved up based on outcomes.
