NBA and Players Union planning agreement on a moratorium period

NBA and players union are planning to enter agreement for a moratorium period during league hiatus from coronavirus situation, sources tell The Athletic’s Shams Charania. 

Such moratorium period would freeze all business such as trades, signings, player/team options, 10-days. It would be planned to be effective March 12 (yesterday) to April 10, to then eventually reassess. Players will be paid in full on next check on March 15, as reported by Charania.
