S.S. Napoli Basket announces the signing of a one-year contract with American player Erick Green. The 191 cm shooting guard was born in Inglewood, California, on May 9, 1991.
Green previously played in Italy with Siena during the 2013/14 season, marking his first professional experience after four years with the Virginia Tech Hokies. The following year, he had his NBA debut with the Denver Nuggets, and in 2016, he joined the Utah Jazz. Returning to Europe, he played in Greece, Spain, and Turkey for Olympiacos, Valencia, and Fenerbahce until 2019. He later moved to China, and in 2020, he returned to Europe to play for Sevilla and Turkey’s Bahçeşehir. In April 2022, he returned to Italy with Treviso, averaging 14 points, 2.7 assists, and 2.0 rebounds per game. Over the past two seasons, he played for Hapoel Holon, Buducnost Voli in 2022/23, and Unics Kazan in 2023/24, where he averaged 13.2 points per game in the VTB League.
