Minnesota, Richard Pitino expected to part ways

The University of Minnesota is expected to part ways with men’s basketball head coach Richard Pitino, according to Jeff Goodman.

The son of Rick Pitino led the Gophers to an NIT championship and two March Madness appearances in eight seasons.
