The Milwaukee Bucks have expressed interest in Chicago Bulls guard Zach LaVine as they look to bolster their perimeter scoring. Despite being made available by Chicago, LaVine reportedly prefers to stay with the Bulls for the remainder of the season.
Milwaukee has also been linked to Bradley Beal, potentially as part of a deal that would send Jimmy Butler to the Phoenix Suns. However, Beal has reportedly made it clear he would not approve a trade to Chicago.
To acquire LaVine, the Bucks would likely need to trade a combination of Khris Middleton, Bobby Portis, and Pat Connaughton to match salaries. Additionally, Milwaukee must navigate the second apron salary cap restrictions, making a multi-team trade the most feasible route to landing a high-salary star.
