Michael Thompson has signed a contract with Al-Ahly Sporting Club in Egypt, agent Charles Misuraca of SLASH Sports told Sportando.
The former Northwestern point guard played for BC Astana in the VTB League last season, averaging 14.2 points and six assists per game.
