The Miami Dolphins have no plans to use the franchise tag for DT Christian Wilkins, as reported by Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.

Should Wilkins enter free agency, he would be one of the best players available at his position.

Last season, the 28-year-old recorded a career-high nine sacks and 23 quarterback hits.

Miami selected Wilkins in the first round in 2019.
