Steven Adams, center for the Memphis Grizzlies, is expected to sit out the postseason due to his injured right knee. Adams has been sidelined with a PCL sprain since late January, despite receiving a stem cell injection a month ago.
In order to bolster their frontline, the Grizzlies have signed Kenneth Lofton Jr., a two-way rookie forward, to a four-year, $7 million contract. Lofton was named the Rookie of the Year in the G League.
