The injury problems continue for the Dallas Mavs, who will have to play without Dereck Lively for two to three months.
The promising former Duke big man, who was producing 9.1 points (70% FG, 64% FT), 7.8 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 1.7 steals in 24 minutes per game, suffered a fracture in his right foot.
The news was reported by Shams Charania.
Lively, who has been sidelined since Jan. 14, has developed into a Mavs‘ cornerstone as the starting center. He has averaged 9.1 points, 7.8 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 1.7 blocks per game — and is now set to miss multiple months. https://t.co/wI8pSzX7B5
