According to reports from ESPN‘s Adrian Wojnarowski, the Dallas Mavericks have agreed to trade Tim Hardaway Jr. and three second-round picks to the Detroit Pistons in exchange for Quentin Grimes.
The Pistons will acquire Hardaway by taking advantage of their salary cap space. Hardaway, who signed a four-year, $72 million contract in 2021, is entering the final year of his contract. Grimes, on the other hand, is under a $4.3 million expiring contract.
