Foster is expected to sign today, per SDNA

Marcus Foster is expected to sign his contract with Panathinaikos on Friday, according to George Zakkas of SDNA.

The former Creighton guard played for Hapoel Holon this past season and averaged 17.8 points per game in the Basketball Champions League.
