Magic to waive Khem Birch

The Orlando Magic are planning to waive Khem Birch in order to give him an opportunity to play more, Shams Charania reports.
The former UNLV big man could sign with the Toronto Raptors.
Birch is averaging 5.3 points, 5 rebounds and 1.1 assist in 19 minutes per game.

The Orlando Magic are planning to waive center Khem Birch in order to give him an opportunity to play more, with the Toronto Raptors as his likely landing spot, sources tell me and @JoshuaBRobbins. Birch is scheduled to become an unrestricted free agent this offseason.
