Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv has signed Alpha Kaba to a one-and-a-half-month contract to replace the injured Wenyen Gabriel. The 28-year-old French-Guinean center, standing 2.06 meters tall, brings extensive European basketball experience, having previously played for Villeurbanne and Valencia.

Born on January 29, 1996, in France’s Loire region, Kaba started his career in the youth ranks of Pau-Orthez before joining Mega Basket in Serbia and later Villeurbanne, where he played in the EuroCup. He has also competed in Turkey and China, establishing himself as a top rebounder.
