Maccabi Tel Aviv issues clarification over reports regarding players

"Maccabi FOX Tel Aviv is not making moves nowadays towards the next season, and didn't offer any contract to any player," the team says

The following statement was issued by EuroLeague club Maccabi Tel Aviv:

“In the last few days there were some headlines saying that we offered some players, from Maccabi and also from other clubs – contracts. We would like to clarify that those headlines are false.

Maccabi FOX Tel Aviv is not making moves nowadays towards the next season, and didn’t offer any contract to any player.

We are dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic crisis. There are a lot of questions with no answers yet. There are variables which are still unknown.”
