American guard Chris Dowe is officially a new player of Maccabi Haifa, the Israeli team announced.
Dowe spent last season in Poland with Anwil Wloclawek, averaging 11.5 points, 4.7 rebounds and 4.3 assists per game in the Polish EBL and Basketball Champions League.
