Dallas Mavs star Luka Doncic talks before Game 1 of the Western Conference Finals against the Golden State Warriors, scheduled for tonight at the Chase Center.
“I’m living my best life – a dream, before Game 7 I said this might be my last game of the NBA season, but I was ready. I wanted to play basketball. Tomorrow is another basketball game that I’ll enjoy. I get to play at least four. You never know, so I’m just happy to be playing basketball. It’s incredible”.
On how the Warriors will try to defend on him, and on Draymond Green:
“I’ll probably see a couple more double team this series, and that’s fine. We faced double teams the whole season. I think we play the best when they double team – four-on-three basketball in the NBA. We have a lot of great players…”
