Ziaire Williams has agreed to a deal with the Los Angeles Lakers. According to ESPN’s Shams Charania, the free-agent forward will sign a one-year, $3 million contract.
Williams joins to address the Lakers’ wing depth. Last season with the Brooklyn Nets, he averaged 10.2 points in 22.9 minutes per game.
With Williams’ addition, Dave McMenamin reported that the Lakers currently have all 15 roster spots filled. Charania also added that Los Angeles continues to strongly pursue Jonathan Kuminga as a potential starting forward.
