Lokomotiv Kuban has announced the signing of Isaiah Whaley, a 26-year-old forward with a height of 205 centimeters. Last season, the player wore the jersey of MLP Academics Heidelberg, a club playing in the German League, and averaged 11.4 points, 8.2 rebounds, 1.3 steals and 1.2 assists per game.
