According to Giornale di Brescia, within a Q&A with Germani Brescia general manager Sandro Santoro, LBA Serie A could be evaluating the idea of a ‘Championship Final Eight’ format to complete the current season after the end of the hiatus due to Coronavirus.
Relegations to Serie A2 could also be decided via a Final Four format.
