5. Mario Fioretti – Derthona Basket
After a long career as an assistant coach at Olimpia Milano, where he won virtually everything, Fioretti immediately impressed in his first experience as a head coach. A Coppa Italia final and playoff qualification in his first attempt represent an impressive résumé.
