Ball is leaving NBL to focus on draft

LaMelo Ball’s experience in Australian NBL is over.The youngest of the Ball brothers ends his season with Illawarra Hawks averaging 17.0 points per game, 7.6 rebounds per game, 6.8 assists per game and 1.6 steals per game over 12 outings.
Ball, who has been out with injury since December, will focus on the upcoming NBA draft where he is expected to be picked in lottery.

LaMelo Ball’s time playing in the NBL is over. “Yeah he’s done,” his manager, Jermaine Jackson, told me this evening.
