The Los Angeles Lakers have shown “significant interest” in acquiring Bruce Brown Jr., according to Mike Singer of the Denver Post.

For the 23–24 season, the Denver Nuggets may only pay Brown up to $7.8 million. Brown may use his Early Bird rights to opt out and re-sign with the Nuggets in 2024.

After joining Denver from the Brooklyn Nets in the previous offseason, Brown played a significant role in the team’s championship run.
