Kendrick Nunn will remain on the Los Angeles Lakers’ payroll next year.
The guard recently revealed that he plans to exercise the $5.2 million player option present in his contract with the Lakers.
Nunn missed the entire season due to a bone bruise in his knee.
The Oakland product scored 14.6 points per game for the Miami Heat in the 2020/21 season.
Kendrick Nunn said it was a “no-brainer” to opt in to his contract for next season after sitting out all year with the bone bruise. So, he’s planning to be back next year.
