According to Marc Stein, Kosta Koufos will not sign as expected with Reyer Venezia due to new guidelines and travel restrictions in Italy.

The big man is Free Agent after starting the season with G League Ignite.

Kosta Koufos, 11-year NBA center, will no longer be signing with Italian club Reyer Venezia as expected because of new guidelines and travel restrictions in the country, sources say. After beginning the season the Ignite select team in the @nbagleague, Koufos is now a free agent.
