Kentavious Caldwell-Pope to join Magic on three-year, $66 million contract

Caldwell-Pope helped the Nuggets win their first NBA title in 2023

The Orlando Magic are poised to sign Kentavious Caldwell-Pope to a three-year, $66 million deal, Adrian Wojnarowski reports.

KCP is then leaving the Denver Nuggets after two seasons, and the NBA title won in 2023.

The Magic were in absolute need of adding shooters to the roster after finishing last year among the league’s worst in both volume and efficiency from long range.

Caldwell-Pope’s contract includes a Player Option in his final season.
