According to Tomer Givati, Justin Tillman is close to reaching an agreement with Hapoel Haifa.
The VCU product has previously played in Israel with Hapoel Galil Gilboa and Hapoel Tel Aviv, producing around 20 points and 10 rebounds per game with both teams.
