Juan Núñez will soon be announced as a new Barcelona player. The young point guard has signed a long contract with the Blaugrana club, which includes an option to leave for the NBA next summer, having recently been selected in the draft.
Núñez’s move to Barcelona had already been pre-agreed at the end of May, but lacked the resolution of his rights in Spain, which belonged to Real Madrid, the club where he trained. After turning down a renewal with the blancos in 2022 to move to Ratiopharm Ulm, Núñez is now free to join Barça thanks to the agreement reached between the two clubs last Friday.
