Josh Longstaff, now an assistant with the Charlotte Hornets, is among the reported candidates for the Phoenix Suns’ head coaching job.
His background includes stints under Billy Donovan, Mike Budenholzer, and with Team USA under Jeff Van Gundy.
Longstaff has also served as head coach of the Erie BayHawks, and held assistant roles with the Knicks and Thunder.
The Suns are exploring several profiles with proven NBA experience, and Longstaff could be a strong under-the-radar option.
