Ragland is moving to Israel

Veteran point guard Joe Ragland has reached an agreement on a deal with Hapoel Eilat, a source told Sportando.

Ragland played nine games in the Italian Serie A last season, averaging eight points, 3.8 rebounds and 5.9 assists per game.
