Joan Laporta, president of Barcelona, gave a long interview to RAC1 in which he opened up about the football Superleague, not disdaining a couple of basketball concepts as well.

On the state of the baloncesto section: ‘In the sections we have reduced the budget by 30% and the losses by 50%’.

And on Ricky Rubio: ‘I hope Ricky Rubio can be a Barça player in his own right. We are excited about the idea that he can help us until the end of the season. He would give us a great help”.
