Jimmy Butler delivered his best game since joining the Golden State Warriors, scoring 38 points with 7 rebounds and 6 assists in a 121-116 win over the Memphis Grizzlies.
Butler’s all-around performance was the engine of Golden State’s offense, allowing Stephen Curry to find space late in the game. Butler shot 12-of-20 from the field and 12-of-18 from the free throw line, continuing his red-hot April form.
His steal and dunk in the third quarter halted a Memphis run and reignited the Chase Center crowd. With the win, the Warriors advance to face the Houston Rockets in the first round, starting Sunday.
