After the initial shock, Butler addressed fans on Instagram on Tuesday, striking an optimistic tone:
“Be back before you know it.”
By the time he returns to the court, Butler is expected to be 37 years old, adding another layer of uncertainty to his comeback, though his resilience and competitive mindset remain unquestioned.
This season, Butler appeared in 38 games, averaging 20.0 points, 5.6 rebounds, and 4.9 assists, continuing to play a central role for Golden State before the unfortunate injury.
